We have no premises anywhere, which matters more here than it sounds. One to one work happens in your own front room, so what you need is a quiet space and somewhere to lie down rather than a trip across the city at rush hour. Open group sessions are held in rooms hired for the evening, so the address changes with the date and is always on the booking. Private group bookings come to whatever venue you have, including a flat in the city centre if the furniture moves. VO2 max testing is done at the gym you already train at, wherever that is.
