Free enquiries are paid for per enquiry, up front, from credit. You keep every penny of the work you win from them. Paid jobs cost you nothing to receive: the customer has already paid us, and we keep a stated share before sending you the rest. No monthly fee and no contract either way.
Some customers buy a service outright at a fixed price on our site rather than sending an enquiry. The money is taken before you ever see the job, so there is nothing to quote, nothing to chase and nothing to invoice. The job is released to our panel and the first provider to accept it gets it.
A WhatsApp message and an email, and the job appears in your portal with a countdown. You see the service, the area and exactly what you will earn. You do not see the customer yet.
One tap. Their name, number and address appear straight away, and your share is sent to your Stripe account the same moment. Call them to agree a time.
Stripe pays it into your bank on its normal schedule. We never hold your money, and you never take payment from the customer for that booking.
Jobs are released in tiers, and a tier is a head start measured in minutes.

Everybody starts at tier 3. You move up by accepting quickly, turning up and finishing the work, and you move down the same way in reverse. Tier 1 is not for sale, and holding it is not a promise of any particular amount of work.
To take paid jobs you need to be approved and to have completed Stripe payout setup in your portal, which takes about three minutes and needs your details and a bank account. Until that is done you can still receive free enquiries.
A customer asks us to find them someone, and we pass you their details. You quote and win the work yourself, and we take nothing from it.
