You never pay us. Providers pay a fixed fee for each enquiry we pass to them, whether or not it turns into a booking. That is our only income from a customer introduction. We take no commission on what you go on to spend, so we have no reason to push you toward a more expensive provider.
Before a provider can receive a single enquiry we check:
GMC, NMC, HCPC, BACP, UKCP or the relevant register for their discipline, checked against the public register.
Valid professional indemnity and public liability, with the expiry date recorded so we can re-check it.
Where the service is a CQC-regulated activity, we require the provider’s registration before approval.
Listings are screened so they cannot name prescription-only medicines or make claims to cure. Both are against UK rules.
We pass your name, contact details and what you asked for to up to three matched providers, and only after you tick the consent box, and only to providers who cover your service and your area. We do not sell your data, and we do not pass it to anyone else. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
