How a booking works

Pick the service and pay

Prices are on the page. You pay by card at the time of booking, and you get a confirmation with a reference straight away.

We agree the details

A short message or call to confirm the time, the address and anything we should know about access, stairs or parking.

We arrive with everything

Couch, headphones, forks, analyser, whatever the session needs. You provide a room and somewhere to lie down.

The questions people actually ask

What actually is Sekhem?

An Egyptian hands-on practice worked with light touch and with the hands held above the body. You stay fully clothed the whole time. It is a complementary therapy: it is not medicine, it does not treat illness, and it is not a substitute for seeing your GP.

Do I have to do anything?

No. You lie down, and that is the whole of your job. Most people talk for five minutes at the start and say very little afterwards.

What is Infinity D?

The headphone system used for the sound sessions. Everyone in the room hears the same programme at the same level through their own set, rather than the sound reaching the back of a hall differently from the front.

Is the VO2 max test hard?

Yes. It is a staged test that ends at your genuine maximum, so the last two minutes are unpleasant by design. There is a readiness screen first, because a maximal effort test is not right for everybody.

What do you need from me?

A room with space to lie down, and somewhere to plug in. For the VO2 test, gym access and the gym’s permission for a guest to be tested.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Get in touch as early as you can and we will move it or refund it. If we cancel a group date, you are refunded in full.
