About the journey
Ninety minutes for your own group, at your own venue, on a date that suits you. Everyone gets their own set of Infinity D headphones, which is the point: in an open room the back row hears something different to the front, and here nobody does. One price covers the whole booking for up to ten people, whether six come or ten. Venue hire is not included. A complementary therapy, not medical care.

About XLR8 Wellness: Sekhem & Hekau
The XLR8 Wellness team, delivering our own sessions across Tyne and Wear rather than passing them to somebody else. Sekhem and Infinity D sound work, Hekau days and retreats, and measured metabolic and VO2 max testing. What each session involves is set out in full on its own page. Sessions are for adults.
